As a Break Press Operator, you will be responsible to ensure that all finished products are completed with quality and using all tools appropriately.
Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Experience:

As part of the Design and Engineering Team, the Estimator will be responsible for accurate, timely preparation of full-cost estimates for fabrication projects, including materials and labour. The Estimator will work closely with Engineering Design, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Suppliers and Sales to generate the complete estimate.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare full cost estimates, including materials and labour on conceptual, design-build, or general tender work.
· Analyze, study, and advise on proposals received as well as procedures to follow for proposal specific
· Work with Potential Suppliers and Purchasing Department as required to solicit and collect material quotes and costs.
· Work with Design and Manufacturing Departments to identify optimal material utilization and fabrication rates and options for fabrication methods.
· Present estimates internally
· Prepare detailed labour and material break downs
· Review and prepare material costs, labour estimates and costs for varying steel fabrication projects
· Check estimates for accuracy and review bid submittal documents and notes
· Maintain working files in an organized fashion. Back up documents for estimates, current information on pricing, current contacts for suppliers and all pertaining correspondence
· Review drawings and specifications at the front end of bidding to ensure the work requested aligns with the company’s service offerings
· Ensure all bids are precise and consistent with the customers’ needs and specifications
· Contribute to the Engineering Team effort by performing Estimating duties as assigned. Project Management and Product Design tasks may be assigned depending on workload.

The Procurement/Purchasing Specialist is responsible to manage the company’s supply of products, materials and/or services. With exposure to all aspect of Procurement and Purchasing, the Specialist will identify external material needs of the organization, find services providers who can supply these goods, negotiate for prices and arrange for the purchase and delivery of the goods.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Purchase supply of products and materials for the company while determining the lowest cost.
· Source and interview vendors while negotiating contracts, blanket orders and costs.
· Prepare requisitions and purchase orders.
· Communicate performances and costs to management on a monthly basis.
· Recommend new processes or systems of improvement; implement new ideas and strategies.

As part of the Service Team, the Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling service calls, scheduled preventative maintenance and installation projects. The Service Coordinator will also be responsible for confirming parts for jobs and maintaining the service calendar, service system and service call and PM/CA forms.
Responsibilities:
· Review and Input into Service Call Report previous days work orders submitted by Service Technicians
· Ensure all Service Call forms is complete and accurate and matches with weekly schedule
· Create New Service Call forms and Follow Up forms based on previous days work from Service Fusion system
· Create Service Call forms and Print for next days and current weeks service calls
· File Service Call Forms and PM/CA Forms in the corresponding Week/Day Folders
· Check off the Service Calls completed in Service Fusion system
· Create new Service Call forms if required (i.e. calls that come in overnight)
· Create, update and revise service schedules
· Review previous days work with Service Technicians and follow up on additional work/parts required
· Dispatch Service Techs for Daily Calls

As part of the Design and Engineering Team, the SolidWorks Designer will be responsible for the creation of technical blueprints, drawings and models for a variety of sheet metal components, equipment, manufacturing and assembly. As the SolidWorks Designer you will work to include product details, guidelines, information regarding materials, specific measurements and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Design of commercial and industrial equipment using SolidWorks
- Create manufacturing and assembly drawings using SolidWorks
- Creating sheet metal and machine component drawings
- Conceptual design of large-scale equipment from specified design parameters
- Preparation and checking of mechanical engineering drawings consisting of weldments, custom sheet metal components, piping, conveyors and electrical control assemblies
- Detailed calculations using basic engineering principles such as material density, structural calculations, combustion and mechanical movement

· Ensure supply gas bottles (shielded gas) are inspected daily prior to use and advise Lead Hand or designate of low inventory
· Select and prep materials for joining by measuring, cutting, and cleaning metal surfaces using scrapers or grinders to remove surface defects to specifications
· Inspect sub assemblies prior to final weld applications
· Use assigned jigs to build product to specifications
· Assess weld quality and conformance to specifications as outlined by blueprints through completion of first off inspections
· Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions
· Perform leak proof welding and leak detection procedures
· Operate Drill Press, Tube Bender, Surfox Passivator Machine, Single Station Punch, Bandsaw, and other entry level equipment as assigned

As part of the Manufacturing Team, the Electrician will be responsible for installing, repairing and troubleshooting electrical control and wiring systems working from a technical blueprint. The Electrician is also responsible for the integration of specialized hardware and software to enhance automation and control with an emphasis on efficiency. This includes troubleshooting equipment issues, and identifying programming issues.
Electrician Responsibilities:
· Install, maintain and repair electrical control wiring, fusing, and lighting systems
· Read technical diagrams, circuit diagrams, electrical code as well as varying blueprints and drawings
· Inspect, test and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
· Assemble and wire control panels
· Route cables and/or conduit for machine connections

As a member of the Service Team, a G2 – Service Technician is capable of servicing select commercial bakery equipment unsupervised per TSSA regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, alter, purge, activate, repair, service or remove natural gas or propane commercial bakery equipment
- Handling up to and including 400,000 BTU
- Complete work orders, parts requests forms, and any other forms/checklist as assigned
- Tracking, stocking and taking inventory for toolbox and company vehicle
- Adhere to manufacturing blueprints, specifications, and SOP’s
- Willingness to learn and build new skills while contributing to our positive work environment
- Accurately executing time and attendance and job tasking functions of ERP/MRP System daily
- Completing required inventory transactions, movements, and part counts with accuracy within ERP/MRP System including part identification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
- Comply with all Health & Safety related policies, procedures, and safe work practices
- Perform any other duties that may be superficially or generally assigned
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work with minimum supervision and initiate actions within the scope of authority
- Oversee work of Junior and G3 – Service Technicians
- Follow and maintain all preventative maintenance and lean manufacturing methodologies
- Maintains standards of confidentiality with respect to private information
- Prioritize assignments according to deadlines
- Ensure a positive and professional attitude while working with peers and clients
- Report any unsafe conditions immediately to Supervisor, or designate
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Gas Technician 2 Certificate
- Valid Drivers License with clean abstract
- Valid Passport or ability to attain as required
- Minimum high school education (OSSD) or equivalent experience
- Mechanically inclined
- Previous experience with various handheld, pneumatic/electric tools
- Basic mathematical skills (including metric and imperial conversions)
- Experienced with metric/imperial measurement tools (tape measures, calipers, protractors, rulers, etc.)
- Experienced with metric/imperial hardware, their applications for assembly, and applicable installation equipment
Effort:
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs consistently throughout the work day
- Manual dexterity and free range of motion with the ability to stand for the entire length of shift
