Responsibilities:
- Program Salvagnini S4/P4 punching/bending line using Salvagnini software - preferred but not necessary
- Program Amada Vipros punching machine using Fabriwin software
- Program press brakes using bending software
- Transfer 3D SolidWorks files to nesting software
Experience:
- Salvagnini S4/P4 programming and operation
- Punch and press brake programming and operation
- Sheet metal (SS, Aluminum, steel)
- 3D SolidWorks or equivalent
- Equipment design
Education / Skills:
- Post Secondary education preferred
- Strong knowledge of computers, general math, and English language
- Engineering/manufacturing background preferred
- Machine Operator knowledge preferred
Position Details:
Full-time, Permanent
$20.00 to $35.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Program Allen Bradley PLC's and HMI's using AB software (Compact/Control Logix)
- Produce electrical drawings using AutoCad or SolidWorks Electrical packages
- Work closely with manufacturing department to complete control panels
- Travel to customer locations during installation of equipment (North America)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience programming Allen Bradley PLC's and HMI's
- Electrical drawings design
- Electrical layout design
- Equipment design
Education / Skills:
- Bachelor degree or diploma
- Allen Bradley training courses preferred
- Electrical design courses preferred
Position Details:
Full-time, Permanent
$20.00 to $45.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Build machine control panels
- Complete electrical wiring and layout of panels
- Lay out panels from electrical drawings
- Test panels and equipment
- Work closely with PLC/HMI programmer and manufacturing department
- Travel to customer site to install electrical system and commissioning (North America)
- Perform local electrical trouble shooting when required
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in panel building
- Proficient in reading electrical drawings
- Knowledgeable with Allen Bradley electrical components
- Experienced in manufacturing of machinery
- Possess a strong knowledge of PLC's, HMI's, motors, servos, wiring, etc
Education / Skills:
- Bachelor degree or Diploma
- Electrical training courses
- Allen Bradley additional training
- Electrical license preferred
