We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our multidisciplinary engineering department and drive the next generation of bakery production equipment.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead and mentor a team of design engineers

· Oversee the full product development cycle: concept – to design – to prototype – to manufacturing

· Partner closely with the VP to align engineering strategy with company goals.

· Improve design efficiency, manufacturability, and performance of our equipment

· Ensure that products meet safety, food-industry standards, and reliability expectations.

· Collaborate with production and fabrication to deliver world class equipment.

· Champion innovation in automation, controls, and machine reliability.

What you bring:

· 7+ years in mechanical or industrial equipment engineering

· Experience leading Engineering teams in a manufacturing environment

· Strong background in product development

· Expert level in SolidWorks

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Creativity, curiosity, and a drive to continuously improve
