October was National Pizza Month! It was a month to indulge in everyone’s favourite saucy, cheesy meal. Nobody should ever need an excuse to eat pizza, but celebrating National Pizza Month certainly was a good reason to satisfy those pizza cravings.

As one of the most anticipated events in the industry, the IBIE is a must attend and our booth is always a popular destination for attendees. We’ve showcased at IBIE in the past, but this was our first year showcasing as Casasanta (formerly LC Bakery). Our new name brings the family name to the forefront and honors our heritage.

Casasanta is expanding their current production facility in Brantford, ON. The expansion will include an additional 16,500 sq. ft of production space along with some brand-new state of the art equipment. A new Test Kitchen for customers along with renovations to the office spaces will complete the expansion.

Casasanta is excited to be an exhibitor at the 2019 International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) Showcase. This will be the third year that Casasanta, formerly LC Bakery Equipment, will be attending the show. If you will be in attendance be sure to visit us at booth #6886 Central Hall as we will be showcasing our top products.

We have officially rebranded our company from LC Bakery to Casasanta. The rebrand consists of a new corporate brand name, visual identity and company website. The new identity reflects both the evolution of the company as well as its vision for the future.
